Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sennim website, dashboard, and related services (together, the “Service”) operated from Australia (“we”, “us”, “Sennim”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” includes that organisation.

The Service

Sennim is an online workspace for SEO research, visibility insights, and outreach planning. Features may include keyword and domain research, backlink data, site audits, AI visibility estimates, Google Search Console reporting, lead discovery, team discussion, and scheduling tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Research and audit features often rely on third-party data sources and APIs. Results are estimates and snapshots in time. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or any particular SEO outcome.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Use a strong password and keep it confidential. Tell us promptly at contact@sennim.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date (including your email address for security and billing notices).

Workspaces, projects, and roles

The Service is organised into workspaces (team and billing boundaries) and projects (sites or campaigns). Workspace owners control billing, usage credits, and certain integrations (such as connecting Google Search Console). Owners may invite members with roles that limit what they can change. You are responsible for how your team uses the Service and for content you and your members store in a workspace.

Subscriptions, usage, and payments

Paid access is offered on a subscription basis plus usage credits for certain paid actions (such as lookups and audits), as described on our Pricing page and in Billing and usage.

  • Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply where required by law.
  • Usage credits included with your subscription refresh each billing period. Additional credits you purchase separately may roll forward as described in the product.
  • Plan changes may start a new billing period. Cancellation is available through the Stripe customer portal from your account settings.
  • Refunds: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge for that subscription, unless otherwise required by law. Contact contact@sennim.com.

Price and credit details on the website at the time of purchase apply. We may change prices for new subscriptions or renewals with reasonable notice where required.

Free trials and promotions

We may offer trials or promotional access. Trial terms shown at signup apply. We may end or modify a trial at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law allows
  • Interfere with or overload the Service (including automated scraping of the dashboard beyond normal product use)
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or misleading SEO schemes
  • Resell or sublicense the Service except as we expressly allow
  • Use research or lead tools to harass individuals or process personal data without a lawful basis

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example discussion posts, schedule items, saved keywords, and project notes). You grant us a licence to host, back up, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the data you import or target (including domains you audit and leads you save).

Google and other third-party services

Some features require you to connect third-party accounts (for example Google for sign-in or Google Search Console). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We access Search Console data only as needed to provide the feature you enable, using the permissions you grant. You can disconnect integrations from the product where supported.

Intellectual property

Sennim owns the Service, including software, design, and branding, except for your content and third-party materials. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or logos except as needed to use the Service in the ordinary way.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Service, you also agree to that policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. SEO and marketing decisions you make using the Service are your own.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law and other applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or misconduct.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable).

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed to comply with law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “last updated” date. Material changes may also be notified by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you different rights.
