Billing and usage

Sennim uses one membership plus usage credits.

The plan

The Pro plan starts at $10/month and can be increased depending on usage preference. Every tool is included: keyword research, backlinks, domains, AI lookup, site audit, lead discovery, discussion, and schedule. Invite the whole team; there is no per-person price.

Each billing cycle also adds usage credit for that month’s subscription. Extra credits you buy with Add funds never expire.

If you are not happy, you can request a refund within the first 14 days.

What usage is for

Usage is billed when you run paid work, for example:

  • Keyword research
  • Backlink search
  • Domain lookups
  • AI lookups
  • Website audits
  • Lead discovery

Each search field shows an estimate before you run it. Discussion and Schedule do not consume those lookup credits. If the workspace runs out of credit, paid tools pause until the owner adds funds or the next cycle’s credits arrive.

Add funds and change plan

The workspace owner manages money:

  1. Open Settings from the account menu, or use Add funds from a usage banner.
  2. Add a one-time usage credit (minimum $5). This does not change your monthly subscription.
  3. To change how much you prepay each month, update the plan from the Pricing page, or from Billing tab in account settings. A plan change starts a new billing period. Unused credits from the current plan carry into the new cycle.

Plans can be cancelled anytime from settings through the Stripe billing portal.

If you are not the owner

You can still use the workspace. When credits run out, ask the owner to add funds. You cannot change billing yourself.
